Nikki has been an outstanding resource in my quest to better understand myself & the way I communicate. My goals and context in which I pursue them are fairly unique as I work in a leadership role for my local activism community, and my personal neurodiversity can make introspection and application a challenge- but Nikki is able to tap into “me” with ease. She is able to view things from my perspective by my side, not from an outside window, and handily adapts her knowledge and resources to fit what I will best understand.
